Method

• Sequence analysis of all coding exons and flanking intron-exon boundaries
• CNV analysis of all genes based on NGS
• Exome analysis (WES or WGS data)

Remarks
For analysis on FFPE material, analysis is still based on smMIP analysis (NGS). Deletion/duplication analysis is not possible. This results in a limited residual risk.
Note: This WES panel may only be requested by a clinical geneticist.
