Method

• Sequence analysis of all coding exons and flanking intron-exon boundaries
• CNV analysis of all genes based on NGS
• Method (isolated DNA from) FFPE: targeted NGS
• Method (isolated DNA from) EDTA blood: whole exome sequencing (WES)
• DLST, EGLN1, EPAS1, NF1, SLC25A11 and SUCLG2 are only analyzed on DNA from blood via WES
• NF1 analysis is limited to exonsequences. If NF1 is suspected, targeted NF1 analysis is recommended

Remarks
This panel contains the following genes: DLST, EGLN1, EPAS1, FH, MAX, NF1, RET, SDHA, SDHAF2, SDHB, SDHC, SDHD, SLC25A11, TMEM127, VHL, MDH2 en SUCLG2.
